Buy North Korean ID Card: Easy Steps and Safe Process

Well, so you wanna know ’bout gettin’ one of them North Korean ID cards, huh? Listen up, ’cause it ain’t like buyin’ a bag of turnips at the market, that’s for sure.

First off, I heard tell these cards got all sorts of stuff on ’em. Like, your name, when you were born, if you’re a man or a woman, whether you’re hitched or not, your blood type, and if you’re, you know, a North Korean and all. It’s like a whole life story on a little piece of plastic. Sounds kinda nosey to me, but what do I know?

Now, if you’re one of them foreigners, it’s a whole ‘nother story. Gettin’ a Foreigner ID in that place? Phew, I heard it’s tougher than chewin’ on a dried-up corn cob. Gotta get into the country the right way first, and that’s just the beginnin’. Probably gotta jump through hoops and fill out a whole mess of papers. More trouble than it’s worth, if you ask me.

• Then, Lord knows how much paperwork you gotta do.
• Probably gotta wait around forever, too.

And drivin’? Don’t even get me started. If you wanna drive over there, you gotta get a driver’s license from their government folks. And wouldn’t you know it, you gotta renew that thing every few years. Sounds like a pain in the neck if you ask me. They got some kinda Ministry of Public Security that handles all that. Fancy name, but probably just a bunch of fellas in uniforms, if you ask me.

Now, if you’re thinkin’ ’bout gettin’ a regular Korean ID card, like the ones them Koreans carry around, well, that’s somethin’ you do after you become a citizen. It’s a big deal, I reckon. Gotta go to some office and do who-knows-what. But once you got it, you got it for life, or so I heard. No expirin’ date, nothin’ like that. Though, I did hear somethin’ ’bout them changin’ that, makin’ folks get new ones every ten years. Keepin’ things up-to-date, they say. Sounds like a good way to keep track of folks, if you ask me.

Heard tell these cards got numbers on ’em too. The first six numbers are when you were born. Easy enough to figure out, I guess. And seems like you need a phone number to get some things done over there. But not just any phone, mind you. A real one, registered and all that. Gotta go to one of them phone stores with your passport and get it all sorted out. More hoops to jump through, I tell ya.

They been givin’ out these ID cards for a long time, I reckon. Every ten or fifteen years, they come out with new ones. Last time was way back in 2004, so they’re probably due for a new one soon. And if you’re a foreigner, they got different cards for you too, residence cards they call ’em. Heard they started givin’ out new ones of them too, with a fancy new design and all.

So, there you have it. A little bit ’bout them North Korean ID cards. Not somethin’ you just go and buy at the store, that’s for sure. Sounds like a whole lot of fuss and bother to me. But I guess if you need one, you gotta do what you gotta do. Just remember, it ain’t gonna be easy.

And one more thing, I heard tell that if you gotta prove who you are online, like on them internet websites, you can use your foreigner ID if you got one. Saves you some trouble, I guess. But honestly, all this technology stuff is way over my head. I still prefer talkin’ to folks face to face.
