Buy Armenia driving license online? Find the best place to do it!

So, I needed to get myself an Armenian driving license, and I wasn’t really sure how to go about it. I mean, I’m not living in Armenia, so I couldn’t just walk into a local DMV or something. That’s when I thought, “Why not try getting it online?”
